I am going to do my research on whether multivitamins really work. It’s something that one third of americans take daily, but is there really a true nutritional value? Recent study’s have shown that they may not make healthy people healthier. It seems like a topic I can find some good information on and be interested in.

Do Multivitamins Really Work?

This link is a good site that explains the topic in general and has some good information in it. It has a chart of who needs want vitamins in particular. I will be able to use this cite for my research very easily.

Don’t Waste Your Money on Multivitamins

This link is useful because it goes into detail on how pointless multivitamins are. It doesn’t go into detail about the negatives rather how the positives of a multivitamin are regularly absent.

National Institute of Health

This link will be very helpful by introducing many interesting facts about multivitamins. It doesn’t talk about negatives or positives rather an over-arching generalization about multivitamins that gives me information I will definitely use for my research.

Should You Take a Multivitamin?

This is a short but very helpful article. It’s main purpose is to allow people to know if they should take a multivitamin or not. This will help me understand the topic furthermore. It also talks about side effects which is an interesting twist on multivitamins.

Health Consequences

I will utilize this article by using the negatives of multivitamins that it gives me. For some cases multivitamins might not benefit you, but some may even harm you with negative side effects.
