My Hypothesis- miliwawa

  1. People watch tv.
  2. People watch tv as a healthy escapism.
  3. When watching tv, it benefits mental health.
  4. Tv watching can boost your mood and morale. 
  5. Watching tv can benefit your mental health by reducing stress and allowing relaxation.
  6. People who are anxious and stressed can benefit from watching tv because it can reduce stress levels.
