Enough About You – Levixvice

Money seems to have a big role in our society; we can’t do much or get far if we don’t have any. Money is valuable in different ways, even when nobody sees it physically. Today’s society requires faith in the government and in the banking system that the money is being handled in a proper manner; If not, then hide all of the money under the mattress or around the house. We have no clue what happens in the banks or how they take care of the money. Everyone assumed that money was simple; someone either had it or nobody didn’t. However, being introduced to this assignment, the Yap Fei, US gold, French francs, Brazilian cruzeros, and debit accounts now seem similar. We don’t actually see the money being transferred. When getting paid, cash isn’t being handed, a physical check isn’t being presented; the money is all directly transferred to the bank account, and we must trust the bank to receive more money.

Some good work here, Levix. Also some odd constructions.
Two here are the unfortunate result of simply eliminating the pronouns without resolving the awkwardness of the remaining sentences.

if not, then hide all of the money under the mattress or around the house. I have no clue what happens in the banks or how they take care of the money. I always thought money was simple; either have some or don’t—that’s it.”

Can you fix the italicized phrases?
