Life Choices

Life Choices

To be clear . . .

Choose TWO to the EXCLUSION of the others.

It’s cheating to say: “I choose Money because with money I could do a lot of good.”
That’s choosing Money and Service.
You can choose Money and Service, to be sure, but if you do,
you must EXCLUDE Love and Fame.

CHOOSE TWO. RENOUNCE THE OTHERS.
FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. AND SAY WHY.

I would choose love and fame probably. With fame comes money so that wouldn’t be a problem love is definitely one of the most important things and I could have everyone I love around me.

  2. -I would choose love and service because love is important to me and is a guiding factor in most of the decisions I make. Service is important because the only way I will feel fulfilled in life is if I have helped others and left the world better than when I entered it.

I chose service and love. This is because I want to serve in the Coast Guard. It has been a dream for me in a while. I also want love, but I feel that is self-explanatory. Most people want love in their life.

Love and Service. If your rich in love then you don’t need money and helping others inevitably will make you happy as well

I choose fame and money because I want to be an actress and unless you get famous it ends up pretty pointless. I’d choose money because the world runs on money and money provides mobility. Love is subjective and dependent on others, service isn’t bad but I can’t tell you I’d choose to help others over benefiting myself.

I chose love and money because I want to be able to spend my life with one person who will always be there and I also want to have enough money to support myself, my partner and my future family. I believe those two things would make me happiest.

I’d choose love & money, because I don’t really need to be famous, and if I chose service I’d be committing to being broke my entire life. Where the money comes from could change my answer, if it was gained in a shady way I’d probably change Money to Service.

I would probably choose love and money because I would rather be loved while also having a lot of money. I feel like I don’t have the need to be famous in any way and in some ways it would cause more harm to my life. In this scenario, not being able to give to others is not ideal but I think I would rather feel love than give it.

The first category I would choose would be fame because through fame people will love my story and want to follow what I have done to get fame. My second choice would be service because I want to be there for people and help them in any way possible.

Fame & Love. Not so much do I personally define Fame as a lavish and excessive lifestyle in the world spotlight, but rather just being successful in life and gaining notoriety. Love, to me, is the most important thing in the world. A life devoid of love, either familial or romantically, is a life of misery in my opinion.

Out of the four choices, I would choose money and service. Money would serve my purpose of buying anything I want no matter the price, and the service would be to give to my family members. Service goes with money, so you can’t just have money and not provide or use services.

    Love and Service.

Fame is a poisoned category. It appears great at first, but the pressures and scrutiny it entails are not appealing to me.

Money is a necessary evil. Assuming that regardless of what I choose, there would be a baseline standard of living regardless (running water, electricity, etc) then it is one that must be left behind. An excess of money does not actually increase happiness. Once an individual’s wealth surpasses a healthy surplus, it only fuels avaricious accumulation and other antisocial activity.

So the final two choice present themselves as the obvious ones. A life of service gives purpose and direction, as well as gratification from helping others. Love is the almost inscrutable joy of the human experience. There is a reason it is the subject of endless writing and art for as long as we have records of humans.

I would choose love and fame for the rest of my life because without love, there is no point in living. Giving and receiving love to the people you care about is what makes life worthwhile. Fame provides honors and accolades, and who does not want that?

This is a very easy choice for me to make. I would simply choose love and money. I would want to spend my life with someone who loves me, and I love them back. I want money so that I can have a big family and not worry about having a lack of money.

I would choose love and service.
I want to be a teacher after my college career and I feel this is my calling to be of service to provide children with the proper education they deserve.
I also cannot imagine a life without love. I feel love is everywhere, not just in people but in things that are tailored to us. I feel life is meaningless if there is no one or nothing to love.

I would choose love and service. Those are the two most important things in my life already and I do not think I would want to live without those two things. Love is important in every aspect including family, friends and significant others and I could not imagine losing that love in my life. Service is also very important to me. I love helping people and I already regularly help at a food pantry as well as participate in other community service. Service is very rewarding and makes you feel like you accomplished something while also helping somebody else.

I would choose love and money. The reason I pick love is that love is something that I personally strive for and want, probably most in the entire world, whether that be romantic, platonic, or family love. I picked money because I’d be able to use all that money on myself and my family and I’d never have to struggle financially. It would suck to not help others with acts of service but sometimes you have to focus on yourself. I don’t care about being famous and I wouldn’t want to be famous anyways. I’m very comfortable with being rich and having love surrounding me.
