  1. Exercise and an individual’s health.
  2. Exercising is very healthy for all people.
  3. Exercising can improve your health.
  4. Exercising everyday can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  5. Individuals who exercise everyday have fewer health problems than individuals who do not exercise.
  6. Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day can prevent health risks for when individuals get older.
